📦 Shipping Policy

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) are shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.

🔄 30-Day Return Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unopened and unused

    • In original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements (unless defective)

  • Perishable goods

  • Final sale or clearance items

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
